Conversion Terms

Rules for converting earned credits into FBEST.

1. Scope

These terms govern the conversion of earned credits on FTSO.Best into the FBEST token through the "ConversionVault" payout contract on the Flare network. The provider is the operator named in the Legal Notice. By submitting a conversion request you accept these terms in the version stored with your request.

2. Which credits can be converted

1. Only earned credits can be converted: credits from Earn-programme tasks, from referral shares and from credits the provider explicitly booked as "earned".

2. Purchased credits are never convertible, including the bonus granted when paying with FBEST. When credits are spent, purchased credits are used first and earned credits last.

3. Earned credits become convertible 7 days after the grant (hold period).

4. Earned credits that are neither spent nor converted 12 months after the grant expire. You are notified in your account 30 days in advance.

3. Requests

1. A request covers at least 50,000 credits. Only one request per wallet can be open at a time.

2. The credits are locked with the request. If the request is rejected or expires, they are fully returned with their original age.

3. Per wallet and calendar month (UTC) at most 500,000 credits can be converted; a monthly budget of 2,000,000 credits applies to all users together. Requests beyond either limit are refused and can be resubmitted the following month.

4. The provider reviews every request and may reject it without stating reasons, in particular on suspicion of abuse (see 7).

4. Rate and amount

1. The FBEST amount is fixed at the request: credits are valued at the anchor 1,000 credits = 1 US dollar and converted at the current FBEST rate of the official Flare liquidity pools, minus a 1 % spread. Rounding is in the provider's favour.

2. The fixed rate is valid for 14 days. Rate movements during that time do not change the amount, in either direction.

3. There is no entitlement to a particular rate or to the availability of the conversion.

5. Payout

1. After approval you receive a signed claim authorization. The payout goes exclusively to the wallet that submitted the request, by calling the ConversionVault contract from that wallet. You pay the network fee (gas).

2. If the claim is not executed within the 14 days, the authorization lapses and the credits are returned.

3. A successful claim completes the conversion irrevocably. FBEST cannot be returned for credits.

4. Payouts are made only in FBEST on Flare — never in fiat or other tokens.

6. Availability, limits, pause

The provider may pause the conversion, change limits or discontinue it at any time, for example during market disruptions, technical problems or for regulatory reasons. Approved and still valid claim authorizations remain unaffected unless the contract has to be paused for security reasons.

7. Abuse

1. Prohibited in particular: self-referrals across several wallets, accounts or networks, automated or faked task completion, circumventing locks and limits.

2. On suspicion of abuse the provider may reject requests, void referrals, remove earned credits and exclude wallets from the programme. FBEST already paid out may be reclaimed in proven cases of fraud.

8. Taxes and law

1. Any taxes on received FBEST are your responsibility. The provider gives no tax advice.

2. The conversion is not available to persons in countries or territories under comprehensive sanctions, or in the countries listed in our Terms & Conditions. By submitting a request you confirm that you are not resident in one of those countries and not subject to sanctions.

3. Credits are neither a means of payment nor a security; FBEST is a utility token of the Flare ecosystem with a fluctuating value. A loss of value after the payout is your risk.

9. Changes

The provider may change these terms. A request is governed by the version shown and stored when it was submitted. The governing law and venue of our Terms & Conditions apply. Questions go to the contact address in the Legal Notice.
