Alert history
The Alert history lists everything your watches reported, together with the delivery result for each recipient. It is the first place to look when an alert did not arrive.
Last updated: Sep 27, 2026Open Wallet Center → Watchdog → Alert history. Each row is one alert with Time, Watch, Event, Severity, Signal group and Delivery. The newest alerts come first; click a column header to sort by it.
The Delivery column shows one chip per recipient. Hover over a chip to see the result: a check mark with the response code when it worked, or the error when it failed. The Watchdog tries a failed delivery up to 3 times in total.
Some rows are special:
- Account & system: messages about your account, for example a suspended watch or expiring slots.
- deleted watch: the watch was deleted later. Its alerts stay in the history.
- test: a test message you sent to a recipient.
- quiet-hours digest: the summary sent after your quiet hours.
Click the info icon in the Actions column. The dialog shows the alert text, the technical event name and the section What does this mean? with the explanation of the signal: what is checked, why it matters, typical causes and what you can do.
The same explanation is on Signals in the reference.
- Search history searches the alert text, the watch name and the event name.
- Watch shows the alerts of one or more watches. The History button on a watch card opens the list already filtered to that watch.
- Watch type, Severity and Signal group narrow the list further.
- Delivery shows All, Failed only or Successful only.
- From and To limit the time range.
Reset filters clears all of them.
Example: a colleague says the team group got nothing last night. Set Delivery to Failed only and From to yesterday. Every failed attempt appears with its error, for example that the bot was removed from the group.
Export CSV downloads the alerts that match your current filters, up to 5,000 rows. The file contains time, event, severity, watch, summary and the delivery result per recipient. It opens in any spreadsheet program.
You can delete in three ways:
- Delete selected removes the rows you ticked.
- Delete all filtered removes every alert that matches the current filters, on all pages.
- Delete older removes every alert older than the number of days you enter, regardless of the filters.
Before deleting, a dialog tells you exactly how many alerts will be removed, together with their delivery records. Alerts that arrive while the dialog is open are not included.
Deleting cannot be undone. Export a CSV first if you might need the entries later.
