Slots and pricing
Paid watch types run on slots that you buy with credits for 30 days at a time. This page explains how slots work, what they cost and what happens when they expire.
Last updated: Sep 27, 2026Every paid watch occupies one slot of its product, whether it is active or paused. There are two products: the standard slot for most watch types, and the provider slot for Provider FSP monitoring. Watches on your own credit balance are free and need no slot. Which type uses which product is listed on Watch types.
Your slots and your credit balance are shown on the Your watches tab, for example 2 of 3 slots in use.
- Open Your watches and press Buy slots on the card of the product you need.
- Choose the number of slots and the duration: 30, 180 or 360 days.
- Check the price. The dialog shows the discounts applied and your balance before and after the purchase.
- Press Buy. The credits are deducted, and the new slots are available immediately.
If your balance is too low, the dialog shows how many credits are missing. If you have not yet accepted the current credit terms, you are asked to do that first.
Free trial (3 days, 1 watch) gives you one standard slot for 3 days. Each wallet can use it once, and the wallet must hold some FLR or SGB. The trial does not renew. When it ends, the watch is suspended until you buy a slot.
New slot packs renew automatically. The renewal repeats the original quantity and duration at the price that applies on that day and is paid from your credits. You can switch Auto-renew off per pack.
3 days before a pack expires, you get a warning if the renewal is not going to work, for example because auto-renew is off or your balance is too low. If a renewal fails at expiry, the Watchdog keeps trying for 7 days. Top up during that time and the pack comes back with a full new period. After 7 days, auto-renew is switched off and the notification bell tells you.
A free watch on your credit balance, with a limit a little above the renewal price, warns you in time. See Watch types.
If you have more paid watches than slots, the newest watches are suspended and you get the message Watch suspended. Suspended watches do not check anything and do not count against your slots. Your older watches keep running.
To continue, buy slots and press Resume on the suspended watch. Pausing a watch does not free its slot; only deleting it does. Deleting a watch keeps its alerts in the history.
You get credits by topping up with FBEST, WFLR, FXRP, FLR or XRP, or by completing Earn tasks. Top up credits on the Your watches tab takes you to the credits page.
