Activity and FAQ

Read credit bookings and troubleshoot topups, earned credits and conversion claims.

Activity helps explain why your balance changed. It shows the newest 200 bookings, with search, filters, sorting and pagination. Search covers only those loaded entries, not your entire account history. The transaction link, where present, opens the relevant explorer; not every off-chain booking has a transaction hash.

Read the booking names

  • Topup is a credited payment. Do not infer which asset was used only from the chain name.
  • Task reward identifies a known earned task; Referral share is the separate earned share of a qualifying purchase; Earn programme credit comes from the earn programme.
  • Used: followed by a resource, API usage and Usage are debits for metered use; Credit entry is a booking without a more specific label.
  • Watchdog slots purchased and Watchdog slots renewed describe standard slot spending. Other slot products can appear under Subscription purchased or Subscription renewed.
  • Conversion requested — credits reserved reduces spendable credits; Conversion — credits returned restores credits after a completed return path.
  • Earned credits expired removes unused earned grants after expiry.
  • Admin adjustment and Balance adjustment are credit corrections; Credits refunded returns credits against a debit.

A positive amount adds credits; a negative amount removes them. Current usage labels can include an API resource or legacy booking: such a historical entry does not mean the currently observe-mode data routes are actively charging. See what is billed today.

My payment succeeded. Why are credits missing?

First identify the path. For FBEST, WFLR and FXRP, token approval is not the payment: check that the PaymentRouter payment itself succeeded. For FLR, check the prepared transfer and its purchase data. For XRP, check validation, destination and tag, then allow the watcher to scan.

Keep the transaction hash and purchase details. The server must verify the payment before crediting it; block confirmations, a delayed worker, missing price or a failed confirmation request can delay that step. Router-event recovery does not cover native FLR. Do not send a second payment solely because the final page request failed.

I forgot the XRP tag or used the wrong one. What happens?

Without a tag, the watcher does not match the transfer. An unknown tag has no matching draft, while another valid tag can identify someone else’s purchase. Neither case promises an automatic credit to your wallet or an on-chain refund.

Keep the transaction hash, address, tag used and the original payment panel details for operator review. Correcting a Credits balance is a separate admin booking; it does not reverse the original XRP transfer. Buying credits also explains expired quotes and underpayments.

Why is an asset paused, or my amount too large?

A treasury holdings threshold can pause new quotes for that asset. A per-topup maximum can reject your amount even when the asset is available. Use another available asset or lower the amount; the quote shows the applicable limits.

A pause does not freeze your already credited balance. Sending more native FLR or XRP than a cap permits does not bypass it: only the capped portion is credited normally and the surplus requires operator review.

Is the FBEST purchase bonus earned credit?

No. Credits bought with FBEST, including its purchase benefit, remain purchased credits. They do not enter the earned pool and never become convertible merely by waiting. Tasks and referral shares are different grant sources.

Why is my earned balance higher than Convertible now?

Recent grants can still be within their hold period. Already spent, expired or reserved credits are not available for a new conversion. The historical earned total also includes credits no longer held; it is not the current convertible amount.

Check the next maturity date under Balance and the hold and expiry settings. The hold does not prevent ordinary spending, but spending can reduce what remains eligible for conversion.

Why can I not request or claim a conversion?

A request can fail because conversion is disabled, mature credits are below the minimum, you already have an open request, the monthly wallet or global budget is exhausted, the price is unavailable, or the requested payout exceeds the Vault’s per-claim limit. Read the displayed error rather than assuming all failures are a balance problem.

After approval, a missing authorization, paused Vault, exhausted daily cap, insufficient Vault funds, wrong wallet or expired deadline can prevent a claim. Your wallet needs FLR for gas. Follow Converting to FBEST; approval is not an automatic payout.

Is an expired conversion the same as expired earned credits?

No. An unclaimed expired conversion returns its reserved credits after the required checks. Expired earned credits remove unused grants when their earned-credit lifetime ends. A rejected conversion is a reviewed, unsigned request whose credits are returned with a reason. These have different Activity entries.

Does a credit correction refund my blockchain payment?

No. Admin corrections adjust the credit account, carry an operator reason and can add or deduct credits. A credit refund restores eligible credits against an earlier debit. Neither is an automatic chargeback of a topup or a token transfer to your wallet.

Use the booking description and amount to understand the account change. If the visible history does not explain it, keep the relevant date and transaction hash where available for review; do not publish your whole wallet ledger or balance as an example.
