Overview
Understand your credit balance, the three tabs and what currently costs credits.
Last updated: Oct 3, 2026Credits are prepaid usage units for FTSOBest services, anchored to USD. They belong to your signed-in wallet: the same balance is used when you buy Watchdog slots in the Wallet Center or use an authorized machine client. Credits are not a token in your wallet, a bank balance or a promise of a cash payout.
- Open Credits and sign in with the wallet whose balance you want to use.
- Use Balance to see your current credits and buy more. The purchase card shows the requested credits and what you pay in the chosen asset.
- Use Earn to complete tasks, manage social connections and share your referral link.
- Use Activity to inspect recent topups, grants, spending and credit corrections.
Switching the wallet in your wallet app does not transfer credits. For Flare payments and FBEST claims, the connected wallet must match the signed-in wallet. If the page reports a mismatch, reconnect the correct wallet before continuing.
Watchdog sells slot capacity for paid watch types, including Provider Watch. You pay from your credit balance when buying or renewing slots; you do not send a new blockchain payment for each alert. See Slots and pricing for products, periods, discounts and renewal rules.
Wallet connection, portfolio views, reward claims, delegation and marketplace browsing remain free. The eight metered data routes currently run in observe mode: their advertised prices do not cause a debit. Details for developers belong in Machine API.
Uses for AI tasks and other server services are planned. This guide does not describe them as available products or authorize a future charge.
Buy credits with FBEST, WFLR or FXRP on Flare, native FLR, or native XRP on the XRP Ledger. The five paths share one balance but have different payment steps. A local-currency estimate helps you compare the cost; the price anchor and server quote remain in USD. Follow Buying credits.
Tasks and referral shares add earned credits. Purchased credits, including the FBEST purchase bonus, remain purchased; only eligible earned credits can enter the FBEST conversion flow. Read Earning credits, Referrals and Balances and expiry.
A conversion reserves mature earned credits. An admin reviews the request, then your wallet claims FBEST from the ConversionVault before the deadline. This is a request-and-claim process, not an automatic payout. Start with Converting to FBEST.
If a payment is visible on-chain but your balance is unchanged, keep its transaction hash and check the payment path before sending again. The Activity and FAQ page explains booking names and common problems. Credit terms and conversion terms are separate from this usage guide.
